Busy weeks

What a crazy couple of weeks it has been for us. Last week one of my dearest friends and his wife got sealed in the SLC Temple. Before that we had Clint's cousin's wedding at the SLC Temple and their shower and bridal shower to go to. His cousin, Sarah and her beautiful kids, were in town so the kids and I spent a lot of time with them. She has a little girl about Kaily's age and a little boy a few months older than Conner. It was SO fun to see them and let the girls play, as well as give the mom's sanity. Then it was Easter. For that we went to my parent's house for some VERY yummy cranberry pork roast and strawberry cheesecake for desert. YUM!... When it came time for everyone to ask Kaily if the Easter Bunny came she politely said, "HU?" The Easter bunny actually didn't even come until yesterday and even then there was no fancy eggs to find or candy to look for. I just didn't get into it this year, and Clint is never into doing those things, so we let it pass us by. I explained yesterday what the Easter Bunny was and she was excited that he brought her 101 Dalmatians and a drawing pad. Conner didn't get anything and Clint got Dove Dark Chocolate Eggs and jelly beans, thankfully I don't like either of them. I did that purposefully. This week we are blessing Conner and it's Eryn, Clint's niece, baptism and confirmation. Also, we have another wedding to go to in SLC, an old mission comp. So we have another busy weekend ahead of us. Clint's parents will be in town again this weekend and we are always happy to see them.
Now for other news...Clint is no longer going into Nursing. He wants to pursue his love, ART. It doesn't matter in what form, he just loves it. So, this will be our last semester at UVSC and our last semester here in these apartments. Come May or June we will be moving. We are not sure where to yet, but we will be leaving this apartment. I'm a bit nervous and excited to embark on a new adventure. I will let you know more details as they come.

WOW! Very busy but definitely fun weeks from the sound of it! Keep us updated what direction Clint goes with ART. My DH does Visual effects for commercials and he has two brothers in school for animation so if he needs any advice for that direction or connections- let me know.
