Pregnancy Questions

Lots of people have been asking how my pregnancy is going and if I have ANY idea on what we are having. Also they have asked me if it's anything like the other two. Since everyone else is asking I thought I would post an answer to all of these questions.

The first 8 or so weeks weren't as bad as they were with Conner, but I was still nauseous and lacked tons of energy, not as much as the other two though. It didn't help that I got really sick after I found out I was pregnant. 13 weeks hit, BOOM, that day I ran 5 miles and had energy left over. I am now almost 15 weeks and have little to no nausea left and most days I actually forget that I'm pregnant.

No idea or inclination on what we are having. This whole pregnancy has been a surprise so I think we are going to keep it that way, meaning we probably aren't going to find out what we're having.

This one is NOTHING like that other two. If anything it's more similar to Kaily's than Conner's, but even then it's drastically different from hers. Let me explain. When I was preg with Kaily I was wking 2 jobs and I ate whatever I wanted whenever I wanted with no holding back. I had the thought I was eating for 2 and that I would just loose it all after she was born. I was wrong of course. I also never exercised other than running from class to class on campus. With Conner I was really overweight and I was REALLY tired all the time. Even before I found out I was pregnant I was taking naps during the day and I felt like I had no energy. I did walk, didn't wk and eat better while pregnant with him though, which made a difference in the weight I gained, which wasn't much. This one, I'm running a half marathon on Sat and I wk out every other day still. I eat smart unless I have a craving. I haven't gained any weight yet and I still feel great. I get tired, but nothing unmanageable. The feelings , emotions and just EVERYTHING is different this go around. I am healthy, am in a healthier place mentally and just overall I'm in a better place.

Thanks for the update. I'm so glad it's going so well! I can't imagine running 5 miles while pregnant. You're amazing!! Each of my pregnancies have been different, too. The only real similarity between the two boys was that I REALLY craved protein, especially red meat, which I don't usually love. Okay, done posting - I apparently need to call and chat!
