Jammies are illegal

On our way home from Kaily's school yesterday she saw a lady on her porch talking on the phone while still in her PJ's. She made a comment on how something is illegal. I ignored her and we went to the store. While there we saw another lady in her jammies shopping. Kaily made a disgusted noise. I asked her what was wrong so she told me about the lady on her porch and pointed out the next lady shopping. She said that it was illegal for people to be out in public in their jammies. I explained to her that it really is not illegal. Her reply was this, "Well it should be!! People should get dressed before they leave their house and if they don't they should get a ticket or something." I should also mention that she doesn't like to go to Walmart for the same reason. I couldn't bring myself to tell her that I used to go out in my jammies.
