This month has been challenging for me to want to blog. We haven't done much other than finish the semester for Clint, which really took a lot of my time and energy. You'd think that b/c it's his school semester that it wouldn't take so much of MY time, but it some how does every semester. I think it's the getting the kids out of the house so dad can get his stuff done that does it. So we've been Christmas shopping and grocery shopping and helping out at Kaily's school and the list goes on and on.
So as much as I love my kids I haven't taken a single picture this month, I know it's terrible. I didn't take many pictures in November either. I hope to redeem myself this weekend as we venture out into the cold to see the lights around Ogden and SLC.
Kaily's last day of school for the year was today. They had a party and played, she got to wear normal clothes, which is only a once a month thing b/c she wears a uniform all other days. She is excited to be home with Clint for a bit before he has to go back to school. Right now they don't see much of each other these because he is usually leaving for the night shortly after she gets home from school. She has also taken it upon herself to teach Conner to read, which mostly consists of her reading a line and then he repeats it. It's a start at least and she does a good job making sure he knows his letter sounds.
Conner is SO excited for Kaily to be home. He gets bored being with us all day.
So far Corbin has left the Christmas tree alone and the presents. It helps that the tree is only half decorated.

I love your posts. Motherhood isn't easy, but when you watch your kids with your grandkids, it's all worth it. I love you so much. Nothing replaces the friendship and love between mother and daughter.
