A Day For Baking

I woke-up yesterday morning and found my front yard looking like this. It is March 9 and we have 7 inches of snow out there. After taking Kaily to school I decided to make good on the promise I made Clint about making bread. It's not like I was going to go anywhere and I didn't want to do laundry for the nth time. So I made bread and when Kaily got home from school she helped me make sugar cookies. After dinner w frosted them and had FHE. I'll blog about that later though. I ended up making 4 loafs of bread b/c I wanted to have 1 for French toast this morning, 1 to take to a good friend and the other 2 for my family to eat. Between Kaily and Conner they could eat a loaf in one day, if I let them.

In other news, Conner is walking all over now. I've tried to get a video of him walking, but every time I pull out the camera he crawls to me instead. So hopefully soon I'll get that for you to see, it really is very cute. He also has gotten to that age where he wants to do everything himself, especially eating. We can't sit down to any meal without a tantrum unless he gets his food first. Oh the mess he can make!

OH MY GOSH, WHAT A MESSY MOO...

So glad you took pictures. Someday you'll want to show him just how "neat and clean" he was as a baby. LOL

YUMMM, you make such good bread, I can smell it (wish) Makes me hungry just looking at the pictures. And the snow....well, it IS SPRING IN UTAH.
