4 Months

My sweet little Corbin is 4 months now.  It's gone by so fast I can't believe it.  Everyday he melts my heart.  We all love to hold him and cuddle him.  I don't think he wants for attention, in fact, I think sometimes it's too much.  Here are some facts about him:

• He is so patient and quiet. 
• He only cries when he is hungry, tired or the kids scare him. 
• He's good to chill most of the time, for which I am very grateful. 
• I wish he would sleep without me at night, but I think that time is coming shortly. 
• He loves to smile and coo at everyone, even if he doesn't know you. 
• He doesn't want to roll over, but I'm not worried about that yet.
• He is 14.4 lbs
• 25 inches long
• loves his hands, to look at and to eat
• giggles with delight when he sees me
• thinks Kaily is the funniest person in the world
• wants to start eating real food, he spits his nuk out when he sees us eating
• loves to nurse and suck on everything
• hates tummy time
•  loves music 

Birthday Saturday

Because the kids birthdays are so close together we tend to celebrate them at the same time.  We chose not to have a birthday party for one or the other, but to have a celebration for both of them this year.  They begged to go to Chucky Cheese, but a friend of mine suggested we go to Jungle Jim's.  I'm so glad we did!  The kids had a blast on the rides and we even had a birthday party for them with just the cousins.  It was so much fun and everyone had a great time.

Kaily's Birthday

What a little princess I have.  She is now 6 and I'm so loving this age.   For her birthday we, Grandma and myself, took her to get her nails painted.  She asked for this back before Corbin was born and was afraid I had forgotten.  I gave her the choice to have a Pedi or a Mani and she chose a Mani.  We had a lot of fun hanging out with Grandma, her favorite person.  Earlier that day we opened presents at home so Dad could be a part of it.  I also took both she and Conner to get Birthday balloons at the store and we went out to eat at her favorite place, Taco Time.

Kaily at 6:

I feel so blessed to have Kaily as my oldest.  I don't know what I would do with out her.

Conner's Birthday

I now have a little 3 yr old in our house.  Conner had his birthday on February 1 and was VERY excited to turn 3.  I spent the afternoon with just him, without Corbin or Sis. He loved it.  I took him out to eat at Wendy's, his favorite place.  Later that night we opened his presents, he got some new clothes and some Thomas tracks for his train.  He had a great day!

All about Conner at 3:

• he is 38' tall

• is polite and kind to everyone, most of the time

I love this adorable little boy so much and I am so glad he is a part of our family!

Day 30-Your favorite song

I don't want to wait for tomorrow to end this challenge so I'm doing two today and I think this a weird one to end this challenge on, but whatever...

I don't have one, really.  I like whatever is fun to sing and dance along to.  Conner's favorite song right now is Smile by Uncle Kracker.  Kaily's is, As She's Walking Away by the Zac Brown Band.
