Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving was great! We had some very yummy food and some great company. I was going to do the Turkey trot this year, but when it's 10 degrees outside I would rather stay in my bed. Clint didn't even go do his annual football with the ward. Too cold for us. We thought about taking the kids sledding, but when we went to find boots no one had any in Conner's size or Kaily's. We all went to my parents house and ate yummy food though and enjoyed the company of family in a warm house. Kaily got to go outside with cousins after dinner and she had a great time. I wish I had some pictures, but my camera hasn't been taking the best pics lately. Some of the things we found ourselves being grateful for this year were/are:

• Family
• Friends
• Finding a good school for Kaily
• Finding a new van
• Corbin
• Good health
• Good insurance
• Having doctors that listen
• The gospel

and there are many, many others! We hope you all had a plentiful Thanksgiving!

My Birthday

This is a little late, but I wanted to write about it.

The morning of my birthday was a BIG dud. Other than getting a call from my parents to wish me Happy Birthday I thought everyone had forgotten. Clint is really good about remembering these things up until the day of, so I really wasn't surprised. I reminded him he was supposed to call someone that day and he asked if it was the 9th. When I said yes he felt so bad and apologised over and over again. Later that day I had an appointment, I left Clint with kids. When I came home I found a beautiful bouquet of flowers waiting for me and a balloon with an itunes gift card attached. I about cried. I can count on one hand how many times Clint has bought me flowers. He and the kids also made a cute little card out of some of my scrapbook stuff. It TOTALLY made my day.

My cousin marries her terminally ill boyfirend

This is my cousin and her now husband. She is amazing and I love her so much!

1 Month

He is 1 month old. It has gone by really fast! In one month he has already changed so much.

He can roll to one side, usually the left.

He smiles and coos, mostly for Mom and sometimes Dad or Kaily.

He eats every 2-4 hrs.

Stays awake and alert for 1-2 hrs at a time now.

Loves to look around, mostly at contrasting colors.

When he hears voices he recognizes he will look around for them.

He likes Kaily to hold him and not sure about Conner.

He doesn't like it when I eat Mexican food.

I caught him starting to smile so I quickly took some pics. Here they are in order.
